Scottish Horse Boer War
Here are 3 badges which I believe are all Boer War period. I am unable to find a photo of the third round badge being worn in South Africa despite K & K's assertion that this pattern was worn in South Africa by the regiment formed in Scotland. Has anyone else seen proof of this badge being worn?

Wow, very nice set of badges. I haven't seen a picture, but do know that it is very scarce. You should post this under the South African section too, as this unit was a South African raised and registered unit. It was disbanded before 1910 in SA. The Scottish Horse(UK) started just after the Boer War. So technically these are South African badges. Regards Andrew
