The Officers one isnt the same as the RSMs then.
Unless they have altered the finish from silver/gilt to gilt .
Could be another one to find.

In the field David ,for use in the beret.
The QRL also had a bronzed beret badge for field use.

Could be another change on the cross belts i will look into it. My picture was taken around 2018. I also noted in Dicks picture different fixings.

Could well be Mac,just as there was a change in the collars.
If the silver gilt has gone,it will be a scarce item.

I have spoken to the RSM at the time and just got of the phone with the Regimental secretary The Gold Silver Collar is not RL. They only had a few belts made with gold badges. In fact they are about to get a few more in the future. I think your large badge is 16th/5th perhaps ?. Its the only one i have seen.

Best Mac

We have been luckier than most with bits and bobs your silver pouch badge is bang on the other must have been a proto type or sample ?. The RSM at the time the Officer belts were made says 3 were made bespoke for the regiment CO ADJ RSM to which i put up a picture everyone else wears older regimental belts. Again heres the picture i took of the RSM wearing the belt at Lee Darkers funeral . All gold in colour and they are going to get some more in the near future.
Best Mac
