Default ID help with these Regimental colours

Hi just purchased this from eBay would anyone know the Regimental colours as I would like to put the correct badge back on

Colours seem to suggest Cheshire Regiment

Not the best tailor's rendition of the "R" and "P"!

Not Cheshires circa 1996 when the brassard was dark blue with cerise edging with brass letters and a cap and collar badge.
