No I dont believe so, the RAF ones look too new and the Army ones are the wrong style, more modern.

Default WWII Rank chevrons ?

The single stripe chevrons are probably post war Junior Technician stripes, worn inverted on the upper sleeve. I have a feeling that apprentices had a single stripe chevron but I can't find anythingto support that
