Default Malayan Armoured Corps,

They aren't Ferrets but Daimler Scout Cars commonly known as Dingoes.they were still in service with the RHG in 1959.

The vehicle at the rear is a General Motors C15TA 15cwt 4x4 armoured truck built in Canada in WW2. The vehicle the photographer was standing in is probably the same type. Some of these vehicles were still in use in Vietnam as late as 1969.
