Hello all,
I've had a hunt around trying to discover what this badge denotes, without success...could anybody here enlighten me? Kind regards, Chris |

Possibly Saunders Roe, the hovercraft people? Total guess!

Thanks Neil,
Thats a guess more than I have! They were found with naval items predating 1918, so probably too early for a hovercraft? Keep the guesses coming!! |

Anther guess but.......
How about a "Southern Railways" later post 1948 "Southern Region" cap badge worn by ship's officers on the Dover Calais passenger, vehicle and train ferry service run by the railway including the famous "night ferry" from London Victoria to Paris and later Brussels? |
