New to British & Commonwealth Badge Collecting
Greetings,
Thanks for adding me to your forum. I am new to British & Commonwealth Badge Collecting and now have a collection by default...I have been a militaria collector and dealer for over 40 years and have not collected British badges although I have owned many. I recently acquired an old collection that I am currently sorting and will post some for identification and reference on this forum. I doubt there are any rare treasures, but there are so many variations and I assume reproductions in this field I think asking serious collectors for guidance is prudent. Ed Hicks |

Welcome top the forum Ed. When posting your items don't forget this forum rule;
If you plan on using the Forum membership to identify, date, or collect information to enhance the desirability of an item that you intend to sell, then please say so in your first post on the subject. Some members do get upset if you do forget. Marc

Welcome, be advised that when asking for information on various badges the reverse is most times more telling than the front.

Andy, one of the issues I have is that there are many insignia and I am not sure where to post first. I have many pins and badges in albums on a Facebook page (over 200 photos), but that requires links and I assume that is not preferred on this forum. Suggestions on where to start are welcome. Ed
