Might anybody please help me identify this brass coloured metal wing. Thanking you in anticipation.

Thanks for info gents , would have never guessed it was Dutch and am happy to assume it’s fake as it cost nothing!

Fair enough, I'll let him know as soon as I can find his email adress which seems well hidden.
It wasn't my intention to slag him off, just to point out the pervasiveness of fake badges, and the use of them due to lack of knowledge when outside the specific interest of some otherwise fairly knowledgeable collectors.
