Hyde Park Police - British & Commonwealth Military Badge Forum

I received this with some other Royal Parks Police items and have not been able to identify what force (or forces, if generic), this was used by - or if it was used by a police force. Any thoughts are appreciated.

EDIT - I think I worked out the original item in this post for Hyde Park was for USA police. As such, I edited this post for a more pertinent question to this forum. Apologies for jumping to conclusions on the first item and any confusion!

They were used for a short time as collar badges by the RPC.
