Its an SAS wing,as for authenticity i dont know.

looks like an Australian SAS padded wing with out the backing to hold the padding in

Looks like New Zealand SAS.

In my opinion it is a British wing pattern worn from the 60's on. The black backing cloth is missing revealing the inner padding.
It may also have been worn by the NZ SAS but not the Australian SAS.
