Default Small Artillery Group

Hi Gents,

Another Lockdown post...

I would be very interested in the age of the two arm badges, (one badly "mothed"), and opinions on the small medal/award with the purple ribbon.

Thanks

Kevin

Steve,

Happy New Year.
No there are no markings to the rear or any sign that there has ever been any "fixings" or means to attach to a uniform.
I had been pursuing a R.H.A. connection with the purple ribbon to no avail. The ribbon has been repaired and was probably a little longer.
Another avenue I looked at was something T.A. but your suggestion, that it could be European, now gives me a new direction to research, thanks.

Stay safe.

Kevin
