Default Dads Formation patches

Hi Folks, I am wanting to set up a framed display of the British army Post War formation patches my Dad likely wore during his service. The attachment shows some pictures of some of the patches as clear as they can be.
He served in the R.A.O.C. and emigrated to NZ and served with R.N.Z.A.O.C.
His NS was in Egypt 1947-49 Then regular army starting Libya 53 (I have a picture of him wearing the Cyrenaica formation patch), Cyprus with UN, Not sure what patch he would have had for Bahrain or Aden service 1961, BAOR, Cyprus, Middle Wallop on secondment to Army Air Corps (I think he wore the A.A.C. blue beret with R.A.O.C. badge (Can anyone confirm this practice?).
One looks like a War Office Controlled Unit patch?
The others I have no idea.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
