CMP - SAC SHOULDER TITLES

Can anyone confirm that my ID & date of these 2 S/T's is correct please?
1) - not even sure if it's South African, but if it I think it's probably Cape Mounted Police. That would presumably be pre 1913?
2) - South African Constabulary? c.1899-1908?
any help much appreciated.

CMP existed from 1904 to 1913. SAC existed from 1900 to 1908.
