Default Unknown cloth badges

Two unknown cloth items.

The diamond shaped one is not in Howard Cole's Formation Badges of World War 2. Possibly because it might not be WW2 or even military. It appears to have a white cliff, a castle, a galleon and some sea. It is reminiscent in style and subject matter to the East Kent District (South Eastern Command). Home Counties District (Eastern Command).

The second, circular badge also has me stumped but appears to be in the colours of the W.V.S.

Any thoughts are welcome.

Brilliant, I would never have worked that out without help. Many thanks. I just need to work out who might have worn it. School boys, stable boys, unstable boys, boy scouts, traffic wardens?
