Default Montys Double wrong badge!

I'm watching 'Montys Double' BBC2 , so with nothing better to do I took this still.
Film made in 1958 looks like the props dept couldn't get hold of a KC cap badge.

Tony,
Well spotted! If i recall correctly there is a scene when John Mills is wearing service dress with RAPC badges and then with Intelligence Corps badges a few frames later?

Must watch again and add to my ‘Badges in Films and TV Album’.

Conversely many units did not get QC badges until the 1960s !

Tony,
Thanks, was ‘Monty’s Double’ wearing Int Corps collar badges perhaps as though they had been given the wrong jackets by wardrobe?

So Julian, there must have been units still having to 'Bull' their cap badges, long after staybrite badges were introduced.
Cheers Tony.

Tim, no 'wardrobe malfunction' Montys Double wore RAPC collars.

Both “Monty” and “HE The Governor of Gibraltar” being generals were wearing their crossed sword and baton badges on the incorrect sides; for the army it is “hilts to the rear”!
