Default Indian formation sign?

Hi everyone,

I am attaching a photo of a formation sign which I thought might be an Indian division. I am not sure though having searched through the reference books without success. It is a simple black cloth square with the horns of a bull thickly embroidered in yellow. The yellow stitching is heavy on the reverse. Any ideas welcome.

Thanks
Bill

My thanks to Fusilier 27 and Grey green acorn for identifying this. It is the Durham & North Riding County Division - a coastal defence formation formed in 1941.
