Gurhka badge
Hi can someone tell me who this is for please. Looks similar to staff band but is pinned back. Is it recruit related?

Bob,
I would suggest an item worn by former Gurkhas employed in security and other uniformed roles. Pinned back means minimum damage to uniforms. Here is cloth slip-on worn by ex Gurkhas with G4S. Tim

Hi, I agree that this could be security related. But could it be from an Indian regiment? Perhaps it's also worth putting it in the Indian Badges section as well? Many thanks.

This could be very generic. You would for example have no problem to find crossed khukri badges in Katmandu as tourist souvenirs. And as mentioned above, worn by people working in other martial jobs, claiming a (former) connection with Gurkhas.
