Is this Seaman Gunner rate badge worn by Royal Marines?

& 2WW period?

Hi Bryan,
It's pre WW1. I have a 1913 dated RM red tunic with one exactly the same. Worn on lower left sleeve.

PS I don't even think the RM museum has one of these badges.
