Default RM button

Can anyone confirm what this small (15mm) gilt button is? Blazer?
It bears the RM device but crowns depicted appear to be QVC. Two-piece, backmark "LsB".

I would say this is a Royal Marines blazer button with a rather worn St. Edward's Crown. Some of the earlier St. Edward's Crown's used on badges and buttons can look quite Victorian.
