Default RM hand painted plaque
Hi Guy's,
Any ideas about this plaque? Obvious that it was a presentation piece but not sure of who from and who too
Any help would be gratefully received.

Would No 1 RTC RE be the Royal Engineers 1st Recruit Training Centre?
