Default Army Air Corps Colonel-Commandant
Can anyone identify the General in this photo. It appeared in Soldier Magazine in 1958 and is I believe the AAC's Colonel-Commandant at the time.

I tried to contact the Corps Museum but they are closed for redevelopment.

All information welcome.
