Fake Canadian Airborne Plastic Cap Badge??
Just seen this one. Are these being faked now. Never seen a back like this and lugs mounted very low??http://www.ebay.com/itm/221307622328...84.m1438.l2648

Very poor copy. The reverse should have plastic lugs molded as one piece of the badge. The reverse on the originals also had a circular impression from the tool used to pust the material into the mold.
Looks like a chocolate, not a badge.

Is this the first plastic one to be faked? Looks like a gift my cat left in the litter box.

There are other copies of the plastic badge floating around, but the construction of the original makes it difficult to copy. The front is easy, but the back is tricky. There is one copy, IIRC, that is difficult to identify.
