A/Cadet Officer is I believe a Red Cross item for an Acting Cadet Officer.

Without checking the various crowns I want to say that the first one - crossed rifles - is Swedish or maybe Dutch?

The last picture seems to be of Kent Constabulary badges I think, also featured in the arms of Kent County Council, sometimes confused with the cap badge of the Royal West Kent Regiment although the 'West Kent's' badge is slightly different
