Default Unknown shooting badge?

Gents, for identification, please see attached.

It would appear to be a shooting badge of some kind . . .cadet, CCF perhaps . . . Overseas?

Any suggestions welcomed.

Regards all

Bess

I'd agree it's a rifle team, either ACF or CCF. The motto is something like "light and truth", but it's been a long time since I did Latin. It's more inspirational than the Poly of Central London Student Union Rifle Club who had t shirts with "mandatum septum" on. This is Latin for "message seven" which, at Bisley is a shorthand message to the butt's saying "please re-examine the target, I'm sure I hit it".
Incidentally I think the muzzle of the SA80 type weapon should be at 1 o'clock.

No Toby, 'we' tried to identify it if you recall, whilst my Dad made use of your facilities! Ha!

I think you may owe me a brew . . .or is if the other way round?
