Thanks, I like them the interesting thing is the wings were never worn on his drop into the Rhine, because he qualified with his last jump [into action] and got his wings on his return it would seem

Was the book AB64 Pt1 or Pt2? If Pt1, there is sometimes some interesting information in the record of service of the holder. Pt2 could reveal LOA and spec pay etc. Always nice to find multiple collection items on one or more servicemen. I know one collector who has a fine collection of uniform items with wonderful contemporary photographs of the wearers.
