Default Can anyone id these formation signs?

Evening - can anyone id these for me please? They came as part of large private collection belonging to a major from the R Hamps who served from the early 40s to late 60s. He also served with the British Indian Army, Kings African Rifles and Gurkhas. Any help much appreciated.

From the top;
Don't have a clue,
The white gateway on equal red/black/red bands was used by the Indian North-Western Army
The mailed gauntlet in white on a black square was used by the 6th Armoured Division.

Should have looked closer the Q should be upright, also I believe that the frame [Q for Quetta] was originally white, when did it change to black?

Once again many thanks for the answers - I never even realised that 14th Indian Div ones had a Q on them. The officer that owned them was commissioned in late 1942 to serve with the 1st Punjab regiment.

Default 14th. Indian Div.

Here is a picture of my White Q badge. I have no idea when it was changed to black. Maybe staff wore the posh white one and O/R wore the printed ones shown at the beginning of this thread. John.

Good evening John,

The 25-D cloth item on the bottom row is a 25th Dragoons Other Ranks slip-on shoulder title worn on Walking Out Dress. Period of wear:- WW2 and until the regiment disbanded in India in 1947. The 25th Dragoons was a British Army regiment raised in India during WW2 to supplement the RAC. See "For Hostilities Only" ISBN 978-0-9524261-1-0.

All good wishes,

Peter
