WW1 Div Badges
A selection of well worn WW1 Div Badges for 1. 38th Div. 2. 16th Irish Div. 3. 9th Scottish Div. 4. 55th E LANCS Div. 5. 10th Bn DoW worn on the back of the tunic.

Its the 55 WEST Lancs Div and an interesting example because it is the first pattern before 5 leaves per stem was adopted to reflect the "55"

Can you say if the 9th Scottish Division thistle has two lugs - or describe how is it secured to the cloth backing?

Love to see WW 1 cloth. Very rare and hard to find. I have 30th Div, 34th Div (ex Grace Gibson patch) and 37th Div. I have the metal thistle from 9th Div but alas no backing. Will check the fixings for you.
