This came into my possession recently. I don't normally collect buttons but a family member gave them to me and this single button by 'Berney' was amongst those given. Worcestershire regiment, approx 26mm. Photo attached. Regards Steve |

Steve,
Strangely I couldn't find anything in any of the online lists for 'P. Berney' as a button manufacturer until Mike posted the 1925 ad. I was beginning to think that the single Buffs button I had with that name was a complete oddity, but clearly there are at least 2 buttons now with yours added to the total! Regards, Leo |

Thanks
Thanks Guys.
I just find it strange that in all the lists of makers I've seen online, I still can't find mention of 'P. Berney', but nonetheless, I'm now happy that it's pukka & can add it to my small collection of Buffs buttons. Regards, Leo |
