Post Greetings from East Texas

New to the forum, I am a retired US Army First Sergeant, last with the 3rd Battalion, 289th Inf. at Fort Polk, LA during Opn Iraqi Freedom. My primary interest is in militaria related to Barbados, including the BVF (1902-1948), the British West Indies Regt., and the 2nd West India Regt. Look forward to tapping the expertise evident on the forum and corresponding with my distant relatives there in the UK (my father's family came from Lincolnshire.)

We make it a policy never to offend our Canadian neighbors . . . when the permafrost melts they'll all be looking to move down South.
