Default Tricolour hackle.

Any opinions on this tricolour hackle, Royal Tank Regiment colours but not the usual 'flat feather' type.
Is it a fantasy item?

I'm still looking for a bullion badge (made during the 1960's-70's, not a newly made one) to complete this beret with hackle if anyone has one going spare........
