I have finally managed to acquire the gold & silver anodised beret badge from this unit.

The only items missing now are the all silver anodised badge which although never worn still needs to be found, and an example of the waistbelt clasp. This was simply the gold anodised badge glued onto a chrome plated rectangular plate.

They did, rifles ones if I recall correctly, nothing specifically Alderney

Chaps - -the all silver example. I would suspect it's a makers error, however as these badges are two piece, it's an odd error to attach a silver frontspiece to an 'incorrect' silver backing star a d crown.
