7 Sqn, 21 Engr Regt, RE cloth patch
I recently obtained the third patch shown, but can anyone definitely confirm that it is a variation of the 7 Sqn patch, please? I have had the first two for a number of years and both are on olive green. They differ in that one is embroidered and the other is woven.
The third one differs slightly in stance and the position of the front legs, and is on a green background. Any comments would be welcome.

Badger, I think it is a variation of the TRF. It may have been brought in when the Squadron changed from Field to HQ? I have 5 different ones at the moment and I have this one down to add.

Thank you for your comments, Jerry. I see you do feel that this is a variant of the 7th Squadron badge, and that you will add it as such. Unless I hear anything different, I shall do the same.
