Default 18th Hussars & 10th Hussars All GM Economy Opinions Appreciated Please

Hello All

Could I have member's opinions on the 3 badges pictured below please. I have looked at the various posts on here and have pretty much formed an opinion of them but would appreciate the views of other members.

And finally, does anyone know how much a Queen's Crown bi-metal Sherwood Foresters badge would be worth (looking to buy one not sell one).

Many thanks

Paddy

The 10H is genuine, the other two are sadly repro.

Re the QC Notts & Derby in BM I could be wrong but believe they command upwards of £100 on dealers lists/sites.

Luke

Many thanks, I was 50/50 about the 10th Hussars but wasn't happy with the 2 x 18th Hussars. Been offered a QC Sherwood Foresters for £80 so that sounds about right and may have to go for it.

I have a Q/C N&D

and it cost me a fraction of that. £80 seems an awful lot.

Alan

I agree it sounds a lot but there doesn't seem to be many of them around (or at least available)

You had a bargain then Alan. I bought this Tuesday for £15, but it is doubtless not a badge one can reasonably expect to obtain for that sum unless extremely lucky.

A search of all the main dealers sites there is not even a sold Bm QC Sherwood Foresters I can see. Last one I recall for sale was well over a year ago, perhaps even 2.

So I think £80 asking price certainly isn’t cheap but is not unreasonable.
