Help identify a regiment by the cap badge!!
Hi guys,
Found a framed "picture?" with a photo of a trooper, dated 1942. The guys cap has a badge - couldn't understand what it is. the picture is small and not the best quality.. Maybe you can help find out what regiment it is.. Will greatly appreciate your opinions and any help!!

To add a bit to the id, the 2nd Armd Car Regt was one of three regiments mobilized in Manitoba during the Second WW to form the 18th Recee Regt. The other two were the 12th Manitoba Dragoons and the Manitoba Mounted Rifles. Due to certain exigencies the 18th Recee was re-designated the 12th Manitoba Dragoons.
