Default Wait folks....there's more

More from our mate Shed_Finds, again described as original. There at at least 5 dud Australian badges amongst his latest lot. What can you do?

A similar example is listed as a German WW1 regimental button, I thought it may have been a German epaulette numeral. Personally never seen a sewn on Australian example.

More likely, it's denotes the age of the person that made it.

You will find that the ebay seller shed finds, and the forum member that slick mick has tried to vilify are two entirely different people. I've dealt with both of them.

Regards,
Keith

Thanks mate, no worries. I got what Chipper was saying, though I won't try to explain what I meant.

I got what you meant..

Keith, I take your point they are different people, I have no dog in this fight, but I do have issue with sellers who offload garbage as original: are you saying Shed finds is OK to deal with? I ask as a genuine question, not loaded in any way. I just think he (or she) seems to have questionable items (again not all, but certainly some). I don't confess to being an expert, but a rare German button? I just can't see it, personally.

Cheers, Tim

Hi Tim,
No, I'm pointing out that the dealer shed finds who is the subject of this thread appears to be guilty as charged for selling fakes. He is not as far as I know a member of this forum.
The forum member who has had his total of posts posted in an attempt to link him with shed finds has nothing to do with shed finds. I find the attempt to smear an innocent man offensive.

Yes I must agree BC is not Shed finds as I have dealt with BC many a year ago and sadly also shed finds and BC is not a bad chap .
