Default PAGRI RIBBON?

Hello everyone.

The enclosed pics of two small rolls of silk ribbon measures 2 inches wide.
They look like a regimental pattern. If so, might they have been used as a flash?

Any help so suggestions greatly appreciated.

Kind regards, Malcolm.

Thanks all. Greatly appreciated. I think one is the same colour scheme as the Naval Good Shooting Medal. Just wider.

Kind regards, Malcolm.
