Default one mans little lot of RAAF items

hi all
picked these up several years ago and always loved the thought that they once belonged to the same chap. and a decorated chap at that.
would have been nice to have his medals but would settle for an ID on who he was.
cheers

Nice grouping. Yes a name would really make this.

Hi BC,

If this lot has always been together & therefore belonged to the same bloke, he obviously served during WW2 in the Pacific theatre & then went on to serve in the Korean war also. I would deduce this from the metal wings in the group with a King & Queens crown, respectively. It also seems that most, but not all of course, AFC medals were awarded post war for test flights, etc. There can't have been too many Australian pilots who served in the Korean War & there can't have been many with an AFC at all & therefore it may be possible to put a name to this group with a bit of digging in that area?
Lovely group by the way!

Best regards,
David
