Meek's Over the Top
John Meek's Over the Top is a very useful CEF reference, but is long out of print, and was only available in a limited run initially. There is an on-line version for collectors who would like to access the reference.

I would have liked to have a little darker copy a few pages are tough for me to read due to being so light. However, this is an amazing work for sure.

It is a very interesting reference. Meek sorted battalions in several ways, including by brigades, provinces, Scottish, Irish, reserve battalions. He also included some historical details about each infantry battalion.

Meeks "Over The Top"
At one time I was helping the guy who was going to reprint the book. He had secured copy-write permission. What stopped us, or at least "REALLY" slowed us down was collecting the images required
