Default Victorian? Buttons for ID

These images are from another site I belong to. Please can anyone identify these three (Victorian?) buttons?

Best regards and many thanks for all help.

William.

Left hand side button is Gloucestershire Regiment
Middle button is General Post Office
Right hand side button (I think) is Consular Service
Hopefully this helps
