oh!... sorry Kevin. The top edge of the stamp makes it look like a tablet in the photo. To me it looked like a tablet with a load of braise.

...on a side note Kevin, can you date this Firmin Pembs Yeo with the strengthening plate at the back?

Sorry no I can’t Griff. When I was last up at the IWM I did manage to note that the Firmin produced A/A badge was sealed in 1962.
I found reference to another Pattern No. 15161 designated as a working pattern for 11th August 1952 but sadly no cross referenced badge or image.

Well, here is the thing Kevin

This back image, of the S/G is identical to the known and different Great War POWFs its next to.



....and here is the S/G ..... of the same POWFs of the ORs Pembs Yeo Firmin (in post #10).



The "FIRMIN LONDON" has been stamped in ...as opposed to a Tablet.

The above infers a common male die to different females?
