R.A.O.C. SHOULDER TITLE - EDITED - ACTUAL PICTURE ADDED
The post has been edited. The actual shoulder title is now attached: blue embroidered letters on red cloth. Disregard yellow thread used to attach it to an embroidery item. The kind answer given by 54Bty was most valuable and detailed. Does your answer ``although in use at the same time or just after the printed version-Catalogue number CB 2171.ACI 905, 12th June 1943. `` can be applied to the particular shoulder title depicted? In short - is it WW II and not used before 1943? Was it used later, eiter? Excuse for bothering you! Thanks again.

The bottom one could be dated around 2009-2010, and very much not British used in those colours.
