Default Lucas Tooth Medals for Cadet Units

Need some help. I have been able to establish that the Lucas Tooth Medals (navy ribbon/red stripes) first appeared with 1916 date brooches. I have seen one for 1934 but would like to know if there were any dated after that. The Lucas Tooth Fund was wound up in 1938.

I think the Medal with the eggshell blue ribbon was first issued for 1920 for non-school Cadet Corps. I have seen this medal for 1930. I would like to know if any forum members have earlier than 1920 or later than 1930.

Does anyone have the short booklet about the history of the Lucas Tooth Fund?
