The crossed lances appears to be the 7th Light Cavalry (Indian Army) and is a fine officer example as well.

Is the Royal Fusiliers badge also a collar badge?

hi guys
so im still not convinced we have a definitive answer on the slidered harp but thanks to Luke, i think we have solved the other harp badge.
"I think the small badge with the plaque is a broken/altered RIR OSD collar with the scroll removed and finished polished away.
I think I can just about see where the scrolls attachment points on your badge would have been. If you look at it side-profile you’ll probably be able to see if it’s been removed."
yes, it does appear the badge has had scrolls removed
cheers
Luke
