Now that is a better image, I have seen this before but can not find the reference, possibly 40 Div related as it is a representation of a black acorn on a green disc.

Black Pear Helmet marking
The badge is that of 67th (South Midland) Field Regt RA TA, a pre-war TA unit based in Worcestershire. The black pear is a traditional Worcester symbol. It may also have been worn by the duplicate unit formed from 67th in 1939, the 119th Field Regt.

There were 4 S Midlands Field Rgts - 67, 68, 119 & 120. The first 2 both served in France in 1940 and later in the Middle East and Italy. 119 & 120 both stayed in the UK for the duration.
