British Mission......???

Picked this up a couple of weeks ago in the wild East.
Not my area of collecting but I liked it, simply because there is a mistake on it that I make myself.

at the end of the word "Mission" the maker has used the cyrillic и "ee" instead of N, its a mistake I myself make when writing in Russian, putting N, instead of и.
