I was in their REME LAD in the 90s and the JR Gaunt made stock was still being issued. I presume the Toye & Co made badges must have come about after those stocks ran out.

C Squadron stopped wearing the KCLY capbadge in 2006 and adopted the standardised RY badge, sadly.
