Prime Minister
I know that this has absolutely no relevance whatsoever to this badge forum but I thought I would ask anyway .
Has anyone seen the Travel Lodge adverts? Is it just me but is one of the characters shown on the advert modelled on David Cameron? I have to say that the advert by passes me by a mile because I am fascinated that this character is the absolute double of Mr Cameron ( I hasten to add not the guy at the beginning of the advert.....the one with his family)..., Sorry, sometimes my mind works in weird and wonderful ways!

You mean the very short jerky movements bloke who shares the bed with the tall bloke?
I really dislike the sight & sound of that ad - doesn't sell the Lodge to me.

David Cameron in Travel Lodges? i think i`ll stick with the YMCA, it looks like they have a better customer base!!!!

Got better music too - on the scale of awfulness even the Village Peoples "YMCA" is preferable to the music on the Lodge ads.

To my great delight, I have just read that the Independent newspaper has today printed an article in which Travel Lodge has denied vehemently that one of their puppets is based on David Cameron....the photographs they publish comparing the puppet and Mr Cameron are stunningly similar.....apparently, close colleagues of the Prime Minister have been asking him why he has a part time job at Travel Lodge. Wonderful stuff!
