Hi Guy,
As previously stated that the RMFVR was worn 1948-1964, is 1964 when they changed over to RMR?

Default RMFVR Badges

Don't have anything in cloth, but do have the attached brass title, which I believe would have been worn on No. 1 Dress. Was given to me by an ex-Royal Marine.

Thanks for posting that link - given me some good reference material for spotting good badges.
On the down side it has also opened my eyes to the fact that it is not just one main cloth item I am missing for my WWII case but several!!!
