Default Dragon?within laurel wreath

It doesn't appear to be British made, the details are lacking, the colour of the metal not right, isn't make econmical sence as you needed two pins at back of badge! It could be Chinese! John.

Thank you very much Sean, Peter and Graham, for your help in identifying this badge as the Chinese Labour Corps.

I knew of the plain oval shaped badge with CLC but this one certainly has more character.
