Default The passing of a true Gentleman

It is with deep regret that I have just found out that Gordon Gray has passed away, for those that did not know Gordon he was a big collector of Militaria and had a very large collection of Cavalry items, an absolute gem of a man who will be sadly missed.
R.I.P Gordon God Bless.

Hi Malcolm
Yes, it is terrible news. I think the lack of response to your post is because it has already been posted in the 'Off Topic' section.
Cheers,
Alex

I have just heard of Gordon's passing...... I had the pleasure of knowing him and on a couple of occasions visiting him at home with his lovely wife (she made a very delicious stilton soup). I also had the pleasure of a trip to London with him a few years ago to visit the NAM. He was a very knowledgeable collector and was, even with his years, still willing to learn. I learned a great deal from Gordon ...... and I will miss him.
